Here's How Paradise Entertainment Packs 15 hours of preparation into every Reception:

  • 1 hour-Intial Consultation with you and your fiance.
  • 1 hour intial review of all submitted forms and information and contact you with questions and suggestions.
  • 1 hour second consultation with you and your fianace .This is the time to finalize every last detail so your special day is flawless!!
  • 1 hour contact banquet manager and review the evening itinerary and if possible, visit reception location.
  • 2 hours customize your special play list. We will make sure we have
  • 2 copies of every special song you request!
  • 1/2 hour Final call to you and your fiance in which any last minute adjustments are made.
  • 1-2 hours Travel to and from your your event location.
  • 1 1/2 hour Set-up of equipment. We arrive at least an hour and half before the agreed start time. After our sound and light show is set-up and tested, we will meet with the photographers,and the cater to review the itinerary and address their needs. We also greet your guests as we prepare for your grand arrival!
  • 5 hours Entertain you and your guests. This is where all the planning pays off.
